He has an extensive knowledge of human behaviour, holds accreditations in many different psychological and behavioural instruments and is also a member of the Australian Association of Psychological Type.
He has recently taken on the role of General Manager with the Institute of Learning and Performance’s Academy (ILPA) ensuring the exciting new Certificate IV in Learning Design and Facilitation reaches a broad audience of those involved in Learning and Development.

With over 20 years’ experience at the intersection of finance, customer operations, systems implementation, learning and development, and talent management, Carolyn brings a unique commercial perspective to the programs that she designs and delivers to make real impact to business objectives.
Carolyn has been an honoured recipient of numerous educational and leadership awards, including City of Gold Coast International Women's Day Awards, MacPherson Community Achiever Award, and Toastmaster of the Year QLD, NNSW, NT and PNG.
