As Head of Talent for a multi-national building materials group, she helps organisations lift premier performing cultures and people capability through talent management programs, leadership development and engagement strategies.

With over 20 years’ experience at the intersection of finance, customer operations, systems implementation, learning and development, and talent management, Carolyn brings a unique commercial perspective to the programs that she designs and delivers to make real impact to business objectives.

Carolyn has been an honoured recipient of numerous educational and leadership awards, including City of Gold Coast International Women's Day Awards, MacPherson Community Achiever Award, and Toastmaster of the Year QLD, NNSW, NT and PNG.
